Signed up for lifetime license $5,000 for the Portfolio Boss software after watching webinar Nov 25th. In the webinar Dan Murphy also offers to discount the lifetime license $1,000 from $5,000 to $4,000. After not seeing the $1,000 discount I got the idea this was possibly a scam and after 13 days of looking into this sofware I viewed this product as not useable for me. The webinar says there is a money back refund within 30 days. I sent an e-mail to request my refund Dec 7th , later that day I received an answer back informing me that my subscription was cancelled and would get refund and no further charges. Sent additional e-mail asking when to expect refund , no reply back. Two (2) days have passed and have not seen my refund.

On 12-18-2015 I signed up for 2 services from this company to provide trade signals to make money trading the markets.

1 was colled Smart Money Report and it cost $49/year

The other was called Z Swing Alert and it cost $299/year

The vendor showed an equity curve that went up like the left side of a mountain, and he offered an unconditional 1 year satisfaction guarantee. I thought this must be legitimate because he offers a full 1 year guarantee.

It is now December of 2016 and both services lost money. I sent an email asking for my money back and got an automated response. A few days later I called the company, but all I got was a recording saying to send an email. I sent a couple more emails and got one that said, give us 48 hours. That was 1 week ago and I have heard no response. I then called my credit card company to see if they could get my money back. They basicly told me that they only will give refunds for the first 60 days, after that, I'm on my own. So that guarantee means absolutely nothing. Don't trust this guy. I would not subscribe to any service he offers.

Total scam

I was scammed by Dan in 2011. Many months of "service" where I duplicated his trades. I noticed that he was consistently getting unrealistic fills and I was not. Lost a ton of money doing this. Then I asked to change the service to a different service he offered but only got an automated response. This guy is a crook. No doubt about it. Complete scam. Don't fall for it. You will be ripped off. No doubt about it.
