Miller's Service accepted my fully loaded 2000 Winnebago Ulltimate Advantage diesel motorhome to sell on consignment. They put a sale price of $72,000 on the motorhome. Several months after the motorhome had not sold I called them to see if we couldn't reduce the price to encourage a sale. I was told that they would not be able to sell it because of damage. I was shocked. It was not damaged when I brought it to them. We went to look at it and there were broken windows and the slide out had been broken. There were shot gun shell casings within inches of the motorhome and a target within two feet of it. I believe the windows were in fact shot out! When I asked them to repair the damage they had caused they basically told me it wasn't their problem. I ended up selling the coach for scrap. I have just turned over my file to my attorney. Hopefully, I'll be able to recover something since I was selling it to cover medial bills that I'd incurred for cancer treatment.
