Please be advised that RICARDO FLORES DBA MILK EMBROIDERY owes me the sum of $1000.00 because Milk Embroidery did not complete 50 ordered patches. I have paid the company in full for these patches and no work was completed. In addition, I mailed them 48 hats and the company has not refunded the payment or mailed back the hats sent for services not rendered.
This will be RICARDO FLORES DBA MILK EMBROIDERY’S only chance to settle this matter before I file suit against RICARDO FLORES DBA MILK EMBROIDERY in Small Claims Court. I am agreeable to lump sum payment, or to a payment plan. Please contact me on or before October 4, 2017 for purposes of settling this matter. If I do not hear from RICARDO FLORES DBA MILK EMBROIDERY on or before October 4, 2017, I will file a lawsuit against RICARDO FLORES DBA MILK EMBROIDERY without further notice. It is in RICARDO FLORES DBA MILK EMBROIDERY’S best interest to settle this matter before a lawsuit is filed. BUYERS BEWARE! If you are looking to get some hats made stay away from this company. I have been waiting for over 3 months now for them to replace 12 hats that they messed up on. He insisted I take the messed up hats because he was just going to throw them away. On 12/21/16 almost a month after the promised he Shaun Flores sent me an email asking me for an address to ship the hats to. I imeditally sent the address and today is 03/08/17 and still no hats. After emails on emails that the hats were being made and he promises me they would be done by the weekend he is now saying he is no longer going to replace them because I no longer have the 12 hats he messed up on. SHAUN FLORES (THE BANK SALE) is the owner and runs this business horribly. He response to one of every ten emails. If you look up the business on google there are multiple companies saying they got ripped off and never got there hats made. The sad thing about this is we have mutual friends and this has been one of the worst business experience ever. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Does anyone know of a lawyer that can help me get my money back?
Do not place orders with Milk Embroidery. They will promise to meet your deadline to embroider your hats in order to get your money. However, from personal experience and meeting others on Instagram, they do not meet the deadlines and will sometimes take months to get your hats to you. All the while making false promises.
Ordered 265 embroidered hats from them and was told it would be ready on time. After they missed the deadline, I attempted to get a firm date as to when hats will actually ship. Was provided tracking numbers that didn't show any information, until days later. When hats finally arrive, its not the whole order.
Again, was promised rest of the hats will ship soon. After weeks of going back and forth, was provided another tracking number, that of course did not show any information until days later. Hats arrive again, and its only part of the order again. WAS NEVER INFORMED that only part of the hats are shipping. After 1 month of missing the deadline, decided to cancel remainder of order and receive a refund. Was told the refund was processed and it should show within 72 hours. Asked for confirmation of refund and would not provide it. After 72 hours, sure enough, refund was not issued. They ignored all texts after that.
Save yourself the headache and hassle and do not do business with this unethical company. Can provide you proof of all this as I have saved all correspondence. I can also point you into the direction of others who have experienced the same problems.
