Military Supply USA Reviews

I bought 3 flashlights. The First one worked 2 times before the on/off green button went inside the end of the light. The Second one worked about 4-5 times and did the same as the first. I am on the THIRD light now and I really expect the same results.

When the first one broke I called Military supply and they said to mail the light in with $10.00 and they would replace it. I did not do this because I paid $32.00 each for the lights and now it was going to cost me $15.00 - $20.00 to get another that I was thinking that I would get the same in return.

As far as I am concerned Military Supply USA is a SCAM operation. SCAM ME ONCE BUT NOT TWICE.

I can not believe that they offer a 30 daqy warranty from purchase. Never used within a 1 year timeframe, failed right out of the box and only recourse is to send the full purchase price for another light. RIPOFF

Military Supply USA X700 flashlight is CRAP. I bought 3 and it cost me a ton of money. It lasted 2 months. It won't turn on because the top is broken. Called customer service. Guy didn't care and I think he gets called alot. This company is selling crap and advertising it like it is top of the line military specs. Crap. SCAM!!!

I purchased an Alumitact X700 Flashlight for $45.00 plus $9.95 shipping/handling. I had the flashlight for a little over 3 months and had used it 4 times.

The 5th time I attempted to use it the on/off button, located on the end of the flashlight barrel, broke and pushed completely into the barrel of the flashlight rendering the flashlight inoperable.

I contacted the company for a replacement/repair and was told that I could not get a replacement/repair unless I paid an additional $19.95 for another flashlight.

I feel that this is unacceptable based on the initial price of the product and the limited amount of times it was used.

The flashlight is apparently cheaply made and the company is being deceptive by selling this product at an exorbitant price and then requiring additional money be paid when it breaks.

The light supplied by the flashlight was indeed superior to other flashlights in its class, as advertised, but its cheap, shoddy manufacture does not make up for that at the specified price charged.
