JPAC Global Acquisitions Group paid for 17 rail cars totaling $1.7 million dollars was wired via bank to Mikon Energy, filled with diesel and gas fuel provided by Mikon Energy. Daniel Guerrero Jr. provided FAKE bill of ladings documents showing their was fuel already loaded in these rail cars and ready for export. After a month of Daniel Guerrero Jr stalling and saying Midstream Energy was the reason for the rail cars not being released, Daniel Guerrero Jr ADMITTED he had lied about the whole transaction. He admitted the rail cars were NEVER filled with fuel and he had used the money to pay off other debts he had. After contacting Midstream Energy, it was confirmed that Daniel Guerrero had lied about the whole transaction. JPAC Global Acquisitions Group will be filing a lawsuit against Mikon Energy and Daniel Guerrero Jr for fraud and theft.
