Just as in other complaints on this site.... Ordered a eureka vaccume cleaner AND additional battery pack in August... got the EXACT same response that has been posted here....they responded to 2 emails.....as in other complaints....then NOTHING.....now over 60 days later...nothing has been recieved....... I have contacted credit card company...... THIS STORE seems to be ONE BIG RIP OFF....the company that is listed on the charge is: S&E Marketing 19408592667 FL 33069

On Aug 5, I purchased a spin mop and accessories from a company calling themselves Miki Mike for $81.90, which posted to my account the following day August 6. A month later, in September after not receiving anything after the initial confirmation text, I contacted them using the email I had been given. They claimed the item to be out of stock and said that they were refunding my money September 8. On September 11, I queried the fact that no refund had been made, and they claimed that it could take up to a month to show in my account.

Two months later, no refund, the phone number is not in service, the web link leads nowhere and they are not responding to emails. HUGE SCAM.

I ordered a vacuum and an additional battery on September 15, 2018. I charged it to my credit card. The product was offered on FaceBook. I have ordered previously from other vendors with no problem. I was not concerned. MikiMike offered this product. They took my money. It was never delivered. Total ripoff!

Ordered Eureka portable vacuum NEC122A on ad from Facebook 8/27, email from Laura Anderson, consumer service team, thank you for order. 8/31 email from David that shipment on its way.

I emailed them 9/3 for tracking info and response from Karen not to worry, it’s coming from China in 20-30 days. I have emailed them 9times since 9/23 and never received a response. I called 800-757-6075 and only get recording, no human help. I used messenger on Facebook on 10/29 and got an immediate response in Chinese, like it was automated.

I repeated the message on 11/5 and got the same text message in Chinese back. Now their website is down! Any recourse or chance of getting my money back?

I emailed them after a month, never received a reply. Have tried calling them several times, no answer. tried online getting in touch, no luck. they owe me $63.25. This is a crooked company.

I bought a vacuum cleaner the 15th of august 2018. They answer to my email on 21 of september saying not to worry my order is on the way. But today the first of november I still waiting for it. And their site is now currently not available. I'm so frustrated. Thank you.

I have sent numerous emails and received a response from the 1st email stating I would receive item in 30 days as it was coming from China. I have received no response from any of the other emails.

I do not believe I will ever receive the vacuum or a refund of the 67.95 I paid for the vacuum. You cannot contact them with the phone # they list(1-809-757-6075) All you get is a recording telling you to email them.

I’m afraid this is not a legitimate company and I have learned a lesson the hard way.

Same problem

Ordered same vacuum on 8/27/18, never received, sent follow up email on March 5, no response-sent again today-12/12/19- calling BBB!

In oct. i ordered a battery and a sweeper from this store. they did not send and did not refund. they have pulled all ads from net, and can not be reached.

I saw the vacuum offered on Facebook so ordered one. After several weeks it has not arrived so I emailed them. I got a response that it was being shipped from China and would arrive by the end of September. To date (December), it has yet to arrive. All subsequent emails have gone unanswered. Total rip off.

Ripped OFF

Ordered a vacuum cleaner on Sep 12th 2018 and paid it that same day. Nothing received until now, Nov 21st 2018. Wrote many emails : no reply. Lost € 70 !

They play it cool. Money is gone !

Vacuum not received

Paid for and never received. Many emails only one initial response from Karen. Then nothing after numerous emails. Tel. # 800 757-6075 was an automated service “press 4 for customer service” - “that request is not valid”. What’s going on? Now that number gets a screech sound like calling a fax number.

On 8/30/18 I ordered a Eueka NEC1 portable vacuum cleaner from [email protected] via shopify.com. On 8/30/18 my charge account was billed $67.95 by S&E Marketing 19408592667. I never received the merchandise.

I tried to track the order #MIKI14439 but needed to leave my information so they could get back to me. I did not hear from them. On 11/5/18 I tried again but all the company information has been removed from the internet.

I would like to have the $67.95 credited back to my charge account.

No response to multiple emails sent to [email protected]. Store no longer available online, phone number is no help, no answer and available options are a joke.

On or about September 4, 2018 I ordered a Eureka NEC122A vacuum cleaner with an additional battery. Total cost was $84 dollars and change. They have closed all their websites and the phone number is useless.

As evidenced by the fact that they can no longer be reached this must be a scam.In my case, they were advertising on Facebook. Would love to know if you find them!

I ordered a cordless vacuum cleaner in the beginning of August 2018 and still have never received it. It is now November 1st. I only got one reply from them in early September saying I would have it within 30 days, and that was 2 months ago. I still have received nothing, although I paid them $67.95. They will no longer reply to my emails. I have sent about 10 of them inquiring about my order or demanding a refund and have heard nothing back, no vacuum cleaner, and no refund. Now I go to their website and it says it's unavailable.

Received email on 8/17/2018 saying product shipped.

It is now Oct. 30, 2018 and no product received. And after many emails no replies and web site is closed!

Ordered 2 vacuums and 1 replacement battery on August 28,2018. I contacted mikimike store by email. I received a response on September 20, 2018, stating my order should be delivered by September 30,2018.

I sent a 2nd email on October 16,2018, stating no delivery as of that date. No response from mikimike.

I HAVE WAITED PATIENTLY FOR DEIVERY. I HAVE SENT THEM EMAILS. THEY RESPONDED TO ONE EMAIL SAYING NOT TO WORRY DELIVERY WILL BE BETWEEN OCT 1-4. I stupidly ordered a vacuum from MikiMike online on 9/19/18 for a great price (right there should've been a red flag). I'm usually pretty aware of shopping sites and did not do more info on them.

Low and behold they are a scam and they have my money but I have no vacuum. I called my CC company and they are doing an investigation. You can email them all you want and they never respond. You call their # and it's only a recording. I learned my lesson to do my homework. Hope no one else was duped into buying from them.

This "company" has an internet store front and advertises on Facebook. I purchased a vacuum cleaner from them. After one month, I had not received any information regarding my sale. I emailed for an updated 4 times and received no response. I attempted to call using the number listed on the store front. The number never leads to a person and all but one option is an invalid entry.

I believe this company is a fraud and is just taking people's money. They indicate a lengthy shipping time, which I believe is done so that the buyer does not suspect anything until it is too late to file a fraud report with the buyer's bank.

I ordered a portable Eureka vacuum online from Mikimike.com for $67.95. on 8/2718. I never received a confirmation email, but a text message, confirming the purchase. I emailed to get shipping details but was told by "Karen” that there was issues with tracking and she reported the delivery should arrive by September 27-30th, 2018. I never received it and 5 emails later, still no response from customer service. Currently want a refund.

And whatever I need I'll keep you posted here. The shipment should arrive between 27-29.9 If there is a problem after the specified date please contact me directly in this e-mail here up till today nothing came to me...i wrote few times to them and never got a reply...i called - no live person there to talk. i just want a refund but they are out of touch!
