Applied for a Care Credit account to pay for eye procedure. I have a credit score of 797. I paid off 1 house in Nov 2020 and working towards paying off another house $434,000. I have a total of 3 credit cards and 1 line of credit for a total of $15,000. We applied for 10,000 credit and did not get it based on the following below.
It is joint accounts under my spouse and I. We make almost $200,000 a year (But it's Hawaii and very expensive cost of living). So I dont get it when they say we did not pay down enough over time on real estate loan? not enough pay down balance on revolving accounts (I just used 2 existing accounts that had zero balance to buy a refrigerator and freezer in July 2021). The real estate loan was opened too recently (Re-fi Nov 2021 to a cheaper interest rate) and too many revolving accounts with a high balance compared to credit limit?
