So, I Bought my 2nd VW here in july of 2017, a 2017 Alltrack. I had my wheels from my Passat put on my alltrack. First, my wheels were all scratched up from obvious impact socket rub and at the time I lived in Denver and the next day that I was cleaning my car, I looked under the car and the rocker panel on my DS was ALL bent out of shape due to some knucklehead that works in service that jacked my car up OFF the proper jacking point. I called Pat Bains, my salesman, to see WTH and why I am left with a brand new damaged car. Aaron, Pat's manager simply said they won't do anything UNLESS I go out of my way to drive down from denver to have them "see if they did cause the damage"..calling me a liar essentially. Well, FF to TODAY and I have moved back to the springs and emailed Pat Bains about now having my car fixed from the original email I sent to him a year ago..and he replied by saying.."I though this was your last communication to us"..Thats it. NOTHING about how they have screwed me over and certainly NOTHING about repairing my car from the damage THEY caused. I have been to their website twice chatting with someone that doesn't even work there and have been told twice that someone will call me to resolve this and yep...NOTHING! Now I am off to their BBB page to take my time to file a complaint there..Just disgusting!
10-4-2018 UPDATE!
Pano roof an my Alltrack leaked. Took it to these guys and they replaced the pinched drain tube. They said new headliner was on backorder..Ok, so I found interior damage done by the tech while replacing drain tube. After all that has happen to me so far by these guys, I went straight to Adrian at Mike Maroone VW service and the service manager KEITH came out and said they are not honoring the headliner and NOT repairing the damage that THEY caused. Obviously I am upset at this point and the service manager told me to leave and not come back. AFTER I have bought 2 cars from them in 2 years! Total hack service shop that makes the customer "wrong" in any case brought to them. Have filed a BBB complaint and want all to know that they should stay VERY FAR away from this horrible horrible dealer and customer treatment is worse than the worst I have ever experienced and I buy a new car every year!
