Luis Miguel Bautista Hernandez stole $625.00 from me!! This dirtbag lowlife was posting advertisements on Facebook marketplace for custom iron gates under the name Miguel Hernandez for a company called 4D Fencing. I messaged Miguel Hernandez, sent measurements and asked for a quote. Miguel Hernandez quoted $2,400.00 to replicate my current design gate. I agreed. Miguel set an appointment to come measure and collect a 25% deposit.
Normally, I would not give money up front but typically with custom made products it's customary. Miguel Hernandez was late and arrived with another scumbag both wreaking of body odor. I was hesitant to give them any money at this point but his partner showed many photos of many of their supposed recently projects and took a plethora of measurements; it appeared they knew what they are doing. Miguel Hernandez sent me a copy of his identification (which I have since forwarded to the CA Contractors License Board for investigation and prosecution for fraud, theft and being an unlicensed contractor, advertising as contractor, both illegal in CA..
Miguel Hernandez stated they would be back on September 1st 2021 to install the gate. I acquiesced and wrote a check for $600, Miguel Hernandez hand wrote his name on the check; Luis Miguel Bautista and ran to a check cashing business called "Dolex Dollar Express, Inc.", Luis Miguel Bautista Hernandez endorsed the back of the check "Luis Miguel BH".
I text and messaged Luis Miguel Hernandez on September 2nd asking what the hell, where are you?? He gave me a convoluted story of nonsense how he was scammed by his partner blah blah blah and said he could come out to re-measure.
I decided to provide another chance, he never showed up. I messaged this bag of sh*t thief one more time on Facebook messenger and he blocked me. They are doing business using an invoice with the name "Cedar Welding, license #15846" This license does not belong to the lowlife who stole my money and is not a CA contractors license. They use these two cell numbers to advertise 909-549-2426, 909-621-3915
