We purchased a modular home from Midwest Manufactured Homes in Minerva, Ohio in August 2014. The construction process was a disaster from the start. The foundation was installed over an inch and a half out of level on one wall. They refused to fix it and they set the house on the crooked foundation. This made the house twist and crack horribly all over. The roof wasn't even nailed down in many places. All that Midwest wanted was their money. They refused to properly fix the house. We were then sued by Midwest and it cost us $100,000 to fight them. We won in court in June 2017. Midwest was found guilty of multiple counts of Breach Of Contract and multiple counts of Ohio Consumers Sales Practices Violations.
