I received a phone call today Wednesday, May 10, 2017 stating that I supposely took out a payday loan back in 2012 or 2013. I explained too the lady that I never heard of this company and I never took out a loan. When dealing with money matters I don't use the Internet nor the telephone. I sit down face to face with people when it's involving money. Who ever this company is had all my personal information. She also stated that they had contacted the HR depart of my employment but she couldn't give me the name of my employer, she also stated that they had sent me information in the mail to an address that I haven't lived at in almost 3 years. The lady also stated that the company was pressing charges against me for fraud breach of contract. I'm the type I person if I don't see things in writing where I've read and signed my name too it I'm unaware of it. This is not the first this company has contacted me and I'm tired of telling them that I'm not the person they are looking for.
