On may 9th, I placed an order on midatlanticwater.net. It has been over 2 months and I have not received anything.
After sending at least a dozen messages and three phone calls, the owner does nothing but lie. He will charge your credit card the instant you place your order and has no intentions of sending it.
Inconsistent customer service at it's finest. I shopped this company online, after researching many others, and found them to be initially very responsive to pre-sales questions. The unnamed rep replied from an iPhone at all hours, which I found somewhat comforting and somewhat disturbing. I would have expected a larger, more proper, customer service organization but who am I to judge. The nightmare started after I paid, of course... the items did not ship for 3-4 weeks after my order was placed. Constant ignoring of my emails or responses that would delay me another week. When the order finally did arrive two of the components were not as I specifically asked they be, which MidAtlantic agreed to. Upon my note to them further delays, ignoring, etc. It is now 2 months since my original order and I have yet to have the items needed for me to install the equipment which I have long since paid for. Supposedly, today, the day which I ask for a refund (only for the missing items) the order has been "processed" with the manufacturer and so I am to assume the items are shipping "any day" .... so I will again wait a day or two since I have no other recourse. If that does not actually happen, if I do not actually get tracking numbers, I will be disputing with my card company. These people sell nothing special, it's all name brand stuff that anyone else sells.. so buy elsewhere. It's not worth the hassle.

Up until now (Aug. 23rd, 2017) I still have not received my product, while my credit card was charged the full amount right on 7/5/2017. I have tried contacting the company multiple times, never was able to get any person on the phone, only voicemail. And I did got two email replies to my phone inquiry saying my order will be shipped that week. But nothing happened. I just left another message to their voice mail. Will see what happens today. If still nothing, I will file more reports elsewhere and claw back my money.

I ordered a water neutralizer system on 05/14/2018 fom Mid Atlantic Water.net
On May 14,2018 they took the money out of my account. I have called 800-450-5810
at the end of May was promised it was sent. I have called twice in June and was told
it was sent from the manufacture and he sent a e-mail to verify ( no e-mail received)
as of today June 20,2018 I have not received the water neutralizer and when I called
today the call went to voice mail. I called Mid Atlantic Water, Annapolis and was told that
they are not in any way part of the mid atlantic of Manchester but do receive alot of complaints
about them. We either want our order received or our $500.00 back.
