When we were watching this presentation, we knew we would get something after watching him. Randy said he wasn’t going to be able to get 1, because we don’t have that kind of money. As he was coming to the end(thank God) we both agreed that he did a wonderful job. We both are on social security. We are both disabled, I told him that I wouldn’t even want to get it because it’s easier to use the 1piece vacuum. I have tooo much pain, clumsy. He then made sure that we knew that we would’ have to buy anything else for it. That in 6 months, we will get some more filters. Well, we didn’t get them we decided to just wait to see if they come. We bought the machine in May of 2017; we never got any filters & we never got a call when the 2nd year started.
Of which we were told. I finally called because we needed the filters, & then someone will come by to make sure everything is running smooth. I told them about the air purifier, & how the red light has been blinking. We were never even told anything about filters for the air purifier until the guy told us. We were also never told about The buying filters to make the warranty last for a year. I want to find a lawyer for the whole con of this company!!!!!! I have heard though that we can never return it, we will always have to pay it. Just like when I called 10 days after time we bought it, being told this then as well. That was from the company who paid the vacuum off, so we are paying them. I just feel angry, helpless, conned, pissed off & so much more!!!!!
