Gary Nitzkin and his band of thieves stole $20,000 from my ID fraud case ! I have standing case on Gary with Attorney Grievance Commission I'm a disabled veteran that needed that money to remodel my house but Gary and his crew blatanly stole it giving me a pretense of what was recovered from three reporting agencies total of $24,000 . Then dumped my case when there was one more agency hadn't made it to court yet told judge I'm a nut !! Charge me for mileage to court in Bay City Mi but it was tela conference call he never got off his fat a*s total liar this b*****d . AGC informed me they have many reports on this THIEF !!

i was suing equifax for a student loan that was not my loan equifax settle out of court in the amount of $5,000.00 on feburary 16, 2017 i was inform by my attorney paralegal julie lamnna i forgot to check off the approopriate box on my w-9 tax form. juile said " would you like me to check this off for you? if so which would you like me to check?"
i email her a letter saying to check off box number 3 i am single. i did not get my money on june 26, 2017 i talk to my attorney gary d nitzkin on the phone i said where is my money we settle with equifax for $5,000.00 on february 16, 2017. gary told me he will take care out it i said okay thank you.
july 5, 2017 i get a letter in the mail with an invoice of 72 pages showing their fee and service cost a check in the dollar amount of $250.00 this is what the letter said " we recieved $5,000.00 on your case and spent $6,280.34 in time and costs on your case. hence we have nothing to remit to you. as a courtesy. o am reducting my fees and cost such that i am enclosing a check for $250.00 as a courtesy to you."
That us unacceptable it is an insult to me to give me $250.00 out of his pocket I want my money i should have gotten between $2,500.00 or $3,000.00 out of $5,000.00 this lawyer and the lawyer heassigned to my case kept stole my money they were not going to pay me.
people do not hire these guys from michigan consumer credit lawyers to fix your credit report hire some other credit repair lawyer.
