This property company is a slum lord the propertyin which I reside at is the only one that is paid for in whole. so they treat this property very bad, the down stairs apartment have been boarded up and there is no one living there they are they have gutted them down to the bare wood. but The got funds from FEMA to fix the property but never put back into it.
my air has not been working for 5 months now. Ih ave molded by my water heater and there is ducks living in the ceiling. There is no way some one shouold have to live like this. I have spoking with the front office muiltple times , call the corprate office andwent by there and it is still not resolved .
Please stay away from this company they only care about the bottom line. while the state of florida says you only have to provide heat they do that ,but this is Florida and it get exteremelu hot in the summer so much for companies doing the right thing. PLEASE PLEASE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PUT YOUR HEALTH AT RISK STAY AWAY
I gave proper notice to this company about moving out, till this day,since i moved out on th 14 of june, pay the full amount for the month of june,i haven't received my deposit, went to the leasing office on july 28, and the person there did'nt want to attend my needs of answering my simple question,"wheres my deposit" and when i asked how can i contact the investment company, "we don't have that information" that's why i took the time to report this ripp off.
