Between him and his real estate friend George Moorehead (real estate broker in Bellevue, WA) they have conned property owners by convincing them they would build out the property with financing. They have executed sales to include them selves on the title and borrowed money. Thay have pocketed these funds and the property was eventually foreclosed. The original owner experienced tremendous loss. He has done this for properties in Lake Stevens and Sammamish that we know of.
His latest scheme has been to procure funding for processing credit card transactions involving marijuana sales. We believe he has conned several people with false studies and reports.
