Mr. Conway poses himself as an expert in Employment Law, and requires that clients pay him an excessive up front cash retainer that is non refundable in addition to at least 35% of any settlement received out of court. His behavior is erratic, childish, outlandish, unprofessional, etc. He ignored facts of my Civil Case, typed up an inadequate Complaint that was riddled with factual errors, misspellings and grammatical errors, then he missed a court date, had the nerve to demand more money outside of our agreement, then filed a Motion to Withdraw from the case when I refused to accommodate him. He bombarded me with Emails about his financial problems, then proceeded to launch a barrage of personal insults and verbal attacks on me. He's a legend in his own mind and an overall bad attorney. Do yourself a favor and avoid his services. He's no good... This is only my opinion from my personal experience, so if you disagree, I wish you luck. He claims that he's a well know expert in the field of Employment Law, yet every single attorney and law firm I contacted in an effort to replace him said they never heard of him. Also, beware... He carries no Malpractice Insurance.!!!
