Seasonable snow plow service was purchased. However, the guy never plowed. He had ongoing excuses the two times he was needed, and when I continued to complain he finally showed up once. With a dirt shovel. No plow, not even a snow shovel. Literally a dirt shovel.
This was AFTER the driveway was already shoveled, since he wouldn't/didn't show up. No return service was ever provided, for example he was supposed to plow after the plows came through and piled up snow at the end of the driveway. Was also supposed to salt stairs.
