They never listened to me or allowed me to give my input, they never bothered to interview witnesses, they never interviewed any of the players who witnessed the attack. They told me that I had a 70%to 80% chance of winning. They never kept me updated on anything. They charged me for copies of my case files which I was entitled to begin with, they underestimated the Yankees organization and players and didn't think they would outright lie in their deposition which they did.
I never received any form of justice in all these years, those inhumane animals got away with their crimes unpunished. After they screwed up my Yankees case, I decided to take another chance on them with another case which they also screwed up. I feel that they were incompetent and didn't know what they were doing. I wouldn't recommend them to deal with your case unless you want to lose. They allowed the defendants to lie their way out of my lawsuit by taken the defendant word at Face value and never bothered to conduct a thorough unbiased investigation into any of my credible evidence.
