He threw our every solid piece of evidence and sided with the repeat player. Looked him up online after receiving his award (which looked like a high school student wrote it in 15 minutes) and found articles he wrote where he is complaining about not “getting hired” again. He also did not disclose personal relationships with opposing counsel which he indicated he was aware of and should have disclosed.
Do not use this man for arbitration. Look him up on Levelplayingfield and see how many times he has ruled against a repeat player. I couldn’t find one instance. If you find yourself stuck in arbitration, don’t even bother risking it with this guy. Find someone who isn’t writing about trying to “get hired again”. Find someone with better qualifications than a “unique blend” which sounds to me like he is trying to glorify job hopping like my drunk uncle Kevin. He is a failed ice cream man who sided with repeat offenders in arbitration. If his name comes up on your roster for arbitration, strike him and give yourself any edge you can get.
