This company states they sell real micheal kor purses however they dont , they are fake , when i have tried to return them no one returns my email, there phone number is also fake.
I ordered a Michael Kors purse on January 9th, 2017. I never received my item. I tried to contact them via email since they did not have a phone number. I sent about 20 emails through the email [email protected] but never received an answer. I tried contacting them via their website and still no response. I finally contacted the original Michael Kors site thinking they might have some info on this outlet site and was told by them that this is a fraudulant site.
I saw the advertisement on facebook that there was black friday deals on Michael Kors bags. They were advertising $450-$500 bags for $50-60 (and they are still doing it right now and lying to customers). I ordered 3 bags and 2 glasses. When I received products it actually came somewhere from China and it did not look like it was real Michael Kors brand. When I opened packages I was shocked that colors did not match. Michael Kors was written incorrect way and not like original brand name should be written. The quality of product was so low that you can buy things like that for $5 dollar in dollar store.
I found this " amazing " website for Michael Kors outlet store ! I ordered a handbag for my daughter for her Birthday ! The bag, which is 16x9x3 came in a tiny little box all crumpled up and wrinkled and it stunk !! This "place" ( if such a store exists ). Stole my money and refused my phone calls or attempts at e-mailing them !!
Mimics Michael Kors; logos, advertising , pictures everything. Pure crap. Comes from China! Charges are greater than what total bill is and purses are cheap knockoffs that fall apart immediately and poorly constructed. Beware!!
CROWNKING FISHER has a website to buy Michael Kors handbags and wallets online, Selling them really cheap. I ordered on Jan 18th from them and after ordereing I realized that they were in China and read where they had already been reported as a rip off so i contacted them and canceled the order the very next day which they never confirmed back to me that it was canceled. they sent me a tracking number so I figured I was too late to cancel. It has been over two weeks so I emailed them and they informed me it was canceled. I ask them when my credit card would be credited and they have not answered my email. They dont list a phone number or address for their site.
The pictures look like BROWN Michael Kors original pocketbooks. They sell in lots of 3 - alll brown. Ordered 3 brown bags --paid $138 (thought so) - but they added extra shipping, after the fact, and charged my chargecard $158. The bags arrived from CHINA-2 RED and 1 Pink! Funny smell - obviously "copies" - even though they had MK tags, and inside numbers of authenticity. IF they were selling copies - they don't let you know, I thought the prices were low because of being "closeouts" - NOT phonies! I wrote several emails complaining, asking for a return address - no answer to any of my emails. No phone number is reflected - how do they get away with this? If they stood on a corner in NY they would be arrested!
I order michael kors bag last january 14,2016 and received the merchandise january 25, 2016. I inspected the bag and found out that the zipper slider is missing. In other words the zipper cannot be closed. I email the crownkingfisher.com regarding the missing slider and answer me back to take picture to verify. I took the picture and sent it to them and their response was "ello, i am sorry, because shipping volume, there is no good to help you check" that was the exact response. I don't understand what they mean but i email them back and asked the country where they are located but they never responded to my inquiry. I sent them another e-mail but it looks like they stop communicating with me. I know michael kors is a known brand but the authorized seller which is the crownkingfisher,com is i think the scammer. I was ripped by this company.
I ordered a MK white bag and when it arrived, it looked like a very cheap version of the advertisement. I paid for it on a prepaid Walmart card, so I am glad I did that. There is a link that says "contact us" and allows you to write an email, saying they will immediately respond. During the process, although they ask for your email as part of the order process, you are never notified on the status of your order, or tracking information. There is a section in their website, but all that it showed was when the order was placed. Today I emailed again, indicating that I am requesting information on how to return merchandise, and have yet to hear back. The bag cost $92.90, and with shipping, was $102.90. There is no information that the company is located in China until after you place the order.

I did not receive a response so I became more concerned so I checked my cc account and saw that there was 2 charges (only made 1) made from 2 different company names which neither one was named Michael Kors outlet. I tried to get the telephone numbers for these companies from my bank and was told there were no phone numbers listed. I will be disputing these charges!
