I ordered a ball gown from MIA Prom for a military ball, and was given specific delivery dates. The dress arrived late, and the stitching was falling off. I emailed them immediately and sent pictures. They emailed me back and said that sometimes the stitching comes apart from shipping.
I read the return policy and I meet all the requirements to return the dress. I sent email after email and MIA Prom kept giving me the go around until they stopped contacting me. Their shipping is a scam, their return policy is a scam, and their quality of work sucks.
Do not order from them! Horrible customer service.
