I've sent 8 emails to customer service. Never got my promissed replacement and was ignored! I finally sent in one last email to Mia Rose saying that I would be writing this report and I got a reply from Matthew at Woodland Publishing telling me to call. No further instruction. No reason as to why I was being contact by a different company. I do not abide by companies that do not stand behind their product and treat customers with indifference or no communication at all.

It's very unfortunate that I must write this review as a 1 star, but it is a VERY WELL DESERVED 1 star review for Mia Rose and Woodland Publishing.
I contacted Mia Rose customer service (who is apparently affiliated with this company) to get a replacement orange spray because the one I purchased broke the very first time I depressed the nozzle.
I sent in a contact form requesting a replacement. I was told that I would get one and I never did. I tried contacting the company 5 more times over the course of about 6 months and never received a reply back. I decided to send in one last email letting the company know that I was going to leave them bad reviews for the awful customer service and I was contacted back with an email that simply said,
"Please call 1-800-227-6063. We're open M-F from 7-5 p.m. MT.

Not even an acknowledgement of my issue. No instruction as to who to call. No instruction as to why to call. So I called and got a woman on the phone who couldn't help me. When I called I said Matthew sent me the email and she said, "Oh yes, that's my supervisor. Let me get him. One moment." and put me on hold. Then came back and said he's left for the day. During business hours. So this whole ordeal is out of this world silly because it's over a $5.00 spray bottle. But I cannot stand it when companies do not stand behind their product and treat customers as if they are nothing. It's simply unacceptable.
