Preston Schmidt of MHC Mortgage Services inc.in Ancaster , Ontario is scammer and crook. I applied for and was approved for a mortgage with a cash back and reduced preferred interest rate. Preston Schmidt told me I would get me cashback within 30 days. I still have not received it and Preston Schmidt is not returning my emails. The interest rate he ended up getting for me was not the preferred rate and instead a higher rate than what he told me. This scammer has done this with may other people. Stay away from this idiot . I now have to spend money on a lawyer to get this resolved, Preston Schmidt is a crook.
