In a document dated June 27th, 2017, Attorney Martin Meyers writes that the debtor is lying about a document in which the debtor is owed $50,000+ and interest and treble damages. He states the debtor took it upon himself to visit a property in which Attorney Meyers represents Daniel Higman of Weichert Coastal Realty, which in turn represents Richard Latrenta of 110 Skyline LLC.
Attorney Martin Meyers goes on to state the debtor resorted to violence against the property and jeopardized the safety of the tenants. Martin Meyers then goes on to state that even if the document claiming $50,000+ was owed to the debtor it makes no difference because the amount is less than the amount being sought by Attorney Martin Meyers.
What is most troubling is that Martin Meyers in stating all these falsehoods could potentially be disbarred because he outright lied in his document to Honorary Judge Stacey L. Miesel, U.S Bankruptcy Court, New Jersey, 50 Walnut St, Third Floor Courtroom 3A, Newark, NJ 07102.
