*MARCH 17, 2018 STOP THE THIEVES, LIARS, AND UNSCRUPOLOUS PEOPLE LACKING ETHICS FROM WORKING IN AMERICA AND IN THE WORLD. THEY DON'T DESERVE PROSPERITY AND RECOGNITION! THEY HIDE, LEAVE NO PHONE NUMBER, EMAIL OR TEXT NUMBER TO REACH THEM. WE, THE CONSUMER PAY THE PRICE FOR THEIR BEHAVIOR, WHICH IS NOT AS HIGH AS THE LEVEL OF A ON DECEMBER 31, 2017 I WENT TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER LOCATED IN HENDERSON NEVADA AT 9975 SO EASTERN HENDERSON NEVADA 89183. i WAS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THEIR SALE. I PAID FOR A NEW PHONE, THEY GAVE ME A REFURBISHED PHONE, THE BOX HAD BEEN OPENED . I REFUSED THE PHONE BUT THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY. THE PHONE DID NOT FUNCTION CORRECTLY. THEY DID NOT OPEN ON NEW YEARS EVE OR NEW YEARS DAY. I BROUGHT THE PHONE BACK SEVERAL TIMES BUT THEY WOULD DO NOTHING. I SPOKE WITH A MAN, WHO SAID HE WAS THE OWNER AND WAS IN HIS SECOND STORE. HE TOLD ME THAT HE TOLD HIS EMPLOYEES TO GIVE ME A NEW PHONE. THEY WOULD NOT. I CALLED FOR TWO MONTHS AND ONLY REACHED GLOBALLY PEOPLE WHO CAN DO NOTHING TO HELP. FINALLY I FOUND A NUMBER FOR ROGER AND MICHELL LINQUIST, THE OWNERS, CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD ETC. I LEFT A MESSAGE FOR BOTH OF THEM. THEY DID NOT RETURN MY CALL BUT CHANGED OR BLOCKED THAT NUMBER FINALLY, TWO WEEKS AGO, I CALLED AGAIN THE GLOBAL CALL CENTER. THEY SENT ME ANOTHER PHONE, SUPPOSED TO BE BETTER, A SAMSUNG, BUT WHEN IT DOESN'T FUNCTION EITHER AND IS WORTH LESS THAN THE ONE THEY SOLD TO ME PLUS I WAS TOLD AT THE FLAMINGO CORPORATE STORE THAT IT IS "OBSOLETE" AND TO TOP THAT OFF, A WEEK AGO, I TOOK THE FIRST PHONE AN LGK20 TO THAT CORPORATE STORE FOR HELP. THEY TOOK A PART FROM ANOTHER PHONE AND PLACED IT IN THE BACK OF MY PHONE. I ASKED THEM FOR A COMPLETE NEW PHONE BUT THEY DID NOT GIVE IT TO ME. HOWEVER, WHEN I TOOK THIS SAMSUNG BACK, I WAS TOLD THAT ANTHONY THE REPRESENTATIVE WHO WAITED ON ME REGISTERED ON THE COMPUTER THAT HE GAVE ME A "NEW" PHONE. THAT IS NOT TRUE, I NEVER WAS GIVEN A NEW PHONE FROM EITHER STORE AND THE ONE THAT WAS SENT TO ME IS NOT FUNCTIONING AND IS OBSOLETE BY THE MANAGER'S WORDS AT THE CORPORATE STORE. SO NOW I WANT TO WARN THE WORLD TO STOP USING METRO PC, AS THEY ARE NOT ETHICAL OR HONEST.*

THEY ARE SELECTED TO WORK FOR THEM AS THEY REFLECT THE IMAGE OF THE CHAIRMAN, HIS INNER CIRCLE AND STAFF. THEY ARE NOT HONEST, WILL ONLY GIVE TO YOU WHAT THEY WANT TO GIVE YOU, MISREPRESENT IT TO YOU AND ARE RUDE. YOU DON'T GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR IN THE PHONE SERVICE, THE PHONE EQUIPMENT OR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I switched from Boost to Metro PCS on a Friday evening. I purchased 2 new phones, bought 1 case and a set of ear phones. The phones were for myself and my minor child. She picked out a phone but the manager said another phone, the HTC Desire 626 was a "better" phone. There wasn't one on the display that worked and when we asked to see it, he said he had to get it "from the back." He brought our phones from the room in the back of the store and appeared to take them out of their boxes. The info was transferred and we were told the phones would be on in probably less than a hour. I left the store but returned 20-30 minutes later because the HTC phone kept turning off and on by itself. A salesman told us it was "because the phone needed updating." He took the phone and scrolled through it then handed it back saying once it was updated, we shouldn't have any more problems but if we did, bring it back after the weekend. The HTC phone continued to turn off and on all weekend and error reporting messages kept coming up on the phone so Monday afternoon, I took the phone back only to be told he would have to "give the information" to his manager and his manager would have to "file a claim with the manufacturer" and that would take a week. He refused to exchange the phone for another one of the same model and he called his manager, the same one who sold me the phone on Friday, and the manager said he was "not just going to give" me another phone from his "inventory" and I would just have to wait until another one comes in. I reminded them that the phone was defective from the moment we purchased it and I had tried to exchange it within 20 or so minutes of purchasing it because it was turning off and on by itself. I also explained that the phone was for my minor child and it was imperative the phone be operable in case of emergencies. These sales people refused to exchange the phone and said it would be at least a week until another phone would be in! Now we are stuck with a phone that won't work properly and I had to prepay a month in advance for the phone to be on in the first place. I told these people that this was bad business to treat their customers like this! I spent a total of $225 to switch cell phone providers and purchase the phones and accessories and I feel like I was totally ripped off! I feel like I was purposely sold a HTC phone that they knew was defective then I was given the run around that the phone just needed updating, etc. Why wouldn't they just swap another phone out they already had in their inventory? The entire situation just doesn't feel right. I feel punked and sorry that I switched cell phone providers. I'm gonna switch as soon as I get the phone replaced.
