My day is going fine, thank you, except due to the Fact that my 86 year old mother who is currently suffering from a Prolapsed Bladder, Heart Condition and Low Blood Circulation In Both Of Her Legs Which Affects Her Full Mobility To Walk has been COMPLAINING TO METRO RICHELIEU INC. about Your Poorly, Functioning Washroom Door located at the following Metro Store Address Of: 3090 Bathurst Street, Toronto, Ontario Canada M6A 2A2 Phone: 416-783-1227.
She has complained that the Door Is VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND NEEDS AN ELECTRICAL STOPPER AND/OR DEVICE TO ACCOMMODATE NOT ONLY THE ELDERLY, BUT THE ELDERLY AND/OR DISABLED SUCH AS MY MOTHER, MRS. HELENE SHORE in which THEY HAVE FULLY REFUSED TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE WHO HAPPENS TO BE ONE OF THEIR CONSISTENT PAYING, LOYAL CUSTOMERS!
I, personally am Very Much Angry, Upset, Pissed Off and Offended that They Refuse To Rectify and/or Fix and/or Repair This Problem in which Metro Richelieu Inc. being a Billion Dollar Company Charging The High Prices That They Charge, "Can Afford" To Take Care Of The Problem, but They Refuse
I have Complained Extensively about it back on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 and spoke with Paul Green, their District Manager and he informed ME that they are working on it, but when I asked him for a Timeframe for when it will be Completed, there is Never An Answer! This Means That Nothing Is Going To Be Done About It When By Law They Are Supposed To Have A Proper Handicapped/Disabled Washroom, Period!
