We were talking to Metro Ford in Miami about a Ford F-350. Katherine Gonzalez was our salesman. She gave us a price on our trade in, and we agreed to come in Monday morning. She sent us 3 reminders regarding our appointment which was at 12:00 noon. We got there at 12:00, and found that she was out to lunch. The truck was gone too, and another salesman told us it had been sent out for repairs. The sales manager also came out and told us he was sorry that the truck wouldn't be back until later that afternoon. We were very upset, so they offered to drive it to us, 150 miles away, the next day. They drove our trade, and offered us $3500.00 less than the agreed upon amount. We refused and left very upset and unhappy. When we returned home, we sent an email to Katherine expressing our thoughts on how terrible we were treated. We told her that customers should be treated with more respect. She should have notified us that the truck wouldn't be available. She then told us that the truck had actually been sold the day before, but she didn't know until we got there. So she ran out, knowing the truck had been sold. To our amazement, this meant she, the salesman, and the sales manager had all lied to us. They offered us less so that the sale would fall through. We had sent them our credit card number to hold the sale. The didn't use it. I would never use Metro Ford. Ever.
