How can a water company charge you for a meter that is not working. Even though I have a two bedroom with two bathrooms and only using one of the bathrooms, I am still being charged for that non working meter. When the company switched over, residents were being charged an estimated fee for approximately two to three years for meters that didn't work until the meters were switched over. I never received a credit for the estimated years....
The meters are not working as of today and residents are being charged an estimated cost. How long has MeterNet been doing this? How long are the estimates before the meters are fixed this time? Credit to residents?
A service fee, duplicate statement fee, to pay your bill online or over the phone fee.. With all these fees, the meters should be top notch and a priority to fix.
