I ordered the ketoFLux diet and cleanse 30 capsules in a bottle. I started with a 14-day trial and you only pay for shipping of each bottle. I did not realize the trial was 14 days and not 30 since you usually get a chance to use up the first bottle in other trials. I noticed on my credit card I was billed but a completely different company, and a separate company for each bottle. I did not know what these companies were charging almost $100 for each bottle. It took me a minute to piece it together. I could not even remember the website I ordered this from. You get a receipt in the bottle package with order number, your address and what you ordered. There is no return information or customer service number.
I called my credit card company to get the phone numbers for the 2 companies charging me. I called each number but they go to the same call center in Alabama. They told me no returns or refunds that I could only cancel the order. They could not tell me where the company HQ is. On the packages the return address is "KetoFlux, 2200 NW 72nd Ave, #29054, Miami, Florida 33102".
As it turns out, there is no such place. The address does match the US Post Office at zip code 33152 however. But they are using a fake address for a non-existent company. So it is impossible to find or contact them directly. I was also told that in the Terms and Conditions on the website it states somewhere that you have to call a particular number to cancel. If you all any of the numbers that appear on the website, they all go to the call center in Alabama.
The companies that appear on your credit card have numbers that go to the Alabama call center. I do not know where this company is physically located but based on these complaints, the real company is MetaboChoice. That name did not appear on the website or anywhere on the products I received.
Given all the fakery, this is a scam. Stay away. Given these are supplements you ingest, I am concerned about any bad health effects now because this company is so shadey.
This company should not be able to operate like this and sell these supplements without a real address and contact information. It is set up to scam consumers.
Free bottle you only pay 4.95 for SH. Called within the time period to cancel subscription but I continue to receive bottles that I don't want. I've learned a lesson from this and no longer order anything supposedly "FREE", pay shipping only, cancel within a week of ordering the item (this does not give you much time because of snail mail). Don't believe it. Internet Fraud: all items listed are fraudulent.
After receiving the sample I talked to my doctor who advised me not to use this product because it was dangerous. There was no information with the sample so I had no way to respond to the company. I later saw that the company had charged my credit card for the supply. I tried reaching the company that did not have a way to leave a message. When the order arrived a few days later I immediately returned it without opening it asking for a credit to my card. I thought this was the end but the nest month they sent another order and charged my account.
I then returned the suppliments writing in even bolder message. I then went to the bank to try to get my money back. They said I needed to first try to reach the company which I was able to do at the number the bank had provided. I cancelled the account and was told there would be no further shippments. When I asked about my refund, I was told, "We do not accept returned products. You can give it to family or a friend. I asked, how can I do that since I have already returned the product twice. I was told "We don't make refunds.
I immediately contacted my bank. The took my report and the banker checked to block the company. The banker reported that the company was trying to make another withdrawal and had me pay for a stop payment on my account for th two suppliments one costing $85.90 and the other $95.40 a month. I am still trying to get my money back.
