Bought wifi camera broke got a hold of company took months to get new one and that one is worse then first one uave to wait forever to get replacement now been 2 months
I purchased 4 cameras & cloud video service for 2 - $19.99 per year for EACH camera. One camera went down after 4 months due to a router reboot ( stuff happens) and they refused to reconnect service. They asked me to pay AGAIN. I advised that they reconnected it at no c harge aftern it went down last time. I explained that things happen & cameras do not always stay connected if something goes awry with internet service. ( service outage, router re-boot etc). The last time this happened they reconected with no problem. This time they refused.
I advised that I am only getting 4 month of a 1 year subscription & they should credit for 8 months of no service. If they end service after cameras go offline, then that is NOT full disclosure or honoring the 1 year subscription. I was advised that i would have to pay again. This is an outright RIP-OFF!
I will NEVER buy any of their products again and do not recommend that anyone else purchase their products either.
Customer service has been degrading severly over the years , but to REFUSE to honor your product offering & to OUTRIGHT RIP OFF YOUR CUSTOMERS is absolutely deplorable.
