This HOA is just another joke.. give them 1000 dollars for a start-up gate fee and then 108 a month ...and they still cant get me a gate pass after buying my home 7 days ago.. Monica your a fukin dumb a*s and all of you are you just collected money and dont do nothing...
they dont even send out a letter telling you what is covered and what is not.. they want an open charge to your bank account for the HOA Fee... but cant tell you how much it is in the letter they just sent... get your f*kin head out of your a*s Monica and do the work and put a a professional letter and explain YOUR JOB and the charges to the people... so f*kin lazy women..
