On Sept 11,2016 I accepted a work at home position as an Appointment Setter from a company call Mercury Leads. My salary was supported to be $15.00 per hour plus $75.00 per commission. Mr. Justin Tew was my immediate supervisor and he had a business partner Mr. Paul Plvan. I was currently working under a contract for Ms. Lisa Bordelon setting phone appointments. At that, time Justin was paying me my salary and commission with no problem plus complementing me on how great I was doing my job. Later on, I begin to notice a change in his attitude when it came to making my commission payments. On Oct 30, 2016 Justin contact me to inform me that he will no longer be working for Lisa Bordelon at that time I became very concern about the status on my job. Justin reassured me that I still had a job and he would be training me for a new campaign. I started working my new campaign on Nov 1st 2016. On Nov 2nd 2016 as I was working I received a call from Mr. Paul Plavan informing me that I no longer had a job because they didn't have enough work. Of course, I was devastated because I was lied to by Justin and just lost my job without any warning. I call Justin several times and he wouldn't return none of my calls until 3 days later. Paul had verbally told me over the phone that I would be paid for all of my appointments that I had set and Justin told me the same exact thing. When speaking to Justin over the phone he ask me to send my last invoice over for pay to include all hours work and all appointment set, which i did. My total for paid was $1065.00. I was due to get paid on the Nov 11th 2016 only to find out that he didn't pay me. I contact Justin & Paul via skpe and i had to argue with Justin over my pay because he was trying to beg of his word. Justin refuse to pay me all of my money claiming that 8 of my appointments didn't hold. He only paid me $454.00 out of $1065.00. I ask him to show proof because I knew he was lieing. Not once has he show me an proof that my appointment didn't hold. until this day I haven't been paid the rest of my money., as a result of losting my job without any warning and not being paid all of my money I was put in financial hardship., Thank GOD, I have found another company I'm currently working for making way more money. SO PLEASE RUN!! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!! This company is not STABLE!! Justin & Paul are some of the biggest liers they can not be trusted. I have since file a complaint with my local Attorney General and I file a complaint with online scams with FBI they will be doing a investigation. Please stay away from these two SCAMMERS!!!
