The very first day I was moving in my car was towed. I had been requesting, passes, temporary, guest, permanent for weeks.
I had a pipe leak in my home and my garage was flooded. This was an emergency situation and I had to remove my car from the garage to do clean up. I called the office multiple times and left emergency messages asking what I should do. No response. I parked my car down by the new construction in order not to take up prime parking space. Within a couple of hours a tow truck was called by a man on the parking committee. He was fully aware that I owned the vehicle and the respectful thing to do would have been to knock on my door. 3 of the men on the parking committee have knocked on my door many times and we discussed my cars. I guess they can knock to flirt but not to be courteous and let me know there is a problem.
2 day ago I purchased a new motorcycle. I left several messages once again asking what I should do since the office was closed. I left messages on the emergency line. No return call. Not knowing what to do I parked it next to my garage and it was towed. Once again, no notice, no warning. I was home. Someone could have knocked. I have video cameras out front so they cant say they tried.
When I picked up my 750 pound bike that was in perfect condition when I purchased it that day from the tow company, it was in a warehouse and had been dropped. They obviously don't know how to handle a big bike. I now have $1000 worth of damages to my new bike. Plus 3 towing fees. I have pictures when I purchased the bike that show the bike was not damaged.
I have emails and phone records to back all of this up.
I am not a rule breaker but your company makes it impossible . You should be going after quests illegally parked not attacking your resident who are paying you to run our association.
I am copying this to Ashton Woods CEO and I plan to do a live broadcast this week for my FM radio in front of the sales office and will continue until the process is changed. I have over 20 neighbors that have agreed to help in my protest. Something needs to change.
