Signed up with this company for a VPS (Virtual Private Server) around Thanksgiving of this year from a posting on the popular website Lowendbox.Com
The original order was processed in a normal amount of time and I purchased the following package:
VPS 2GB
2 CPU Core
2GB RAM
40GB SSD Storage
3TB Bandwidth
1 x IPv4
1Gbps
OpenVZ/SolusVM
TUN/TAP/PPP Supported
$19/yr
Within two days my monitoring program showed the server was down and inaccessible. This happened repeatedly over the next three weeks.

No one was ever able to give me a reason why this kept happening and pretty much ignored the question.
I finally had about a week of stability when my monitoring again told me the server was down. Once I logged in I found the server in a suspended status. I checked the emaiil log on their end and they never notified me of any issues. I inquired about what was going on and the response indicated the server was using too many resources. This was all but impossible becase there were only two pieces of software running on the server because of the prior instability. I run seven other identical servers which have never come close to using the advertised resources or even coming close. Most average 1-3% CPU and plenty of free RAM. Then without receiving an real explination the server was unsuspended however by this point I came to realize this host is not very stable and several others on Lowendbox.Com confirmed similar problems. So I filed for a refund through Paypal.
The company did refund the money but then told me they were going to report me to a fraud site for hosting providers. I found that priceless considering I paid my bill, did not abuse resources and was the one who suffered through repeated outages. I do business with over 20 other hosting companies none of which have had problems like this. Fraud is when you rip someone off so the real fraud is this hosting company and the horrible service which finally made me cut my losses and sign up with a different company.
I would strongly warn against doing business with this company because if your service does not funciton properly they may report you for fraud too.
