Im filing a complaint mega motor in grand prairie for rip offs selling a bad car runs hot n don't want to exchange for a new use car n won't help me or give my refund back.
I payed a down payment of 400$ on a red 96' montecarlo and found out 3 wks later the motor was going out called mega Motors and described what was going on with the car they tell me not to drive the car they will send a tow truck to pick it up which it took two days before they decided to pick it up it took three days after that for them to tell me the motor was going out and tell me to come pick up another car and bring 200$ because I was late on my payment which I wasn't they picked the car up before my payment was due.
But I brought the 200$ and told them the car I wanted but they told me I had to pay 400$ more on the car which I only had 200$ and then they tried to pick out a car for me when all the cars they showed was beat up look like they been in multiple wrecks and front end of the cars were completely gone and also the switch to use for the signal lights was broke and hanging off and they showed me four cars like this and I wouldn't take it and they refuse to give my money back I'm about to lose my job due to this and they are very rude and inconsiderate!!!!
They sold me a car that the transmission was slipping and so i took it to a mechanic and he wrote it down plus sent his card with his number on it . I had the car not even for 24 hours and took it back cause i could be sitting at a light and when the light changed i would have to put the car in park then drive in order to get it to go they told me the only thing they could do was put me in another car if i put down another down payment
I attempted to purchase a vehicle from mega motors on December 20 2016,I went to jail on December 23 2016.I didn't get out of jail until January 7 2017.After I was released on January 7 2017,I had to wait until January 10 2017 to call because they were closed. And when I finally were able to talk to someone,they were very rude and transformed my to 2 or 3 employees,and told me the car had been auctioned off,but my first payment wasn't due until January 3 2017.Everything I owned was inside the vehicle.They didn't even give me the option of paying them the money of the towing fee or my first payment to even get the car back. They were just straight up rude and disrespectful and saying they auctioned the car off,and have no idea where my personal property is and said they weren't going to argue with me,they don't have my property and hung up on me on several occasions and to this day I haven't received my personal property,need help with this issue Thanks Charles Reindollar
