Ordered a package online from support "Quincy Jones". Package never came, was told i would get a trackiung number and never got one. Company keep saying there are delays and making up excuses. Has told me it would be there 3 different times and nothing has shown up. Someone else said they gave them a fake tracking number.

When i contacted this person he sent me a tracking number and told me it was held up at the post office due to the area i live in. He then told me i had to send ANOTHER $200 dollars to get it released. At this point i said forget it, because why should I send another 200 when i have already invested 150 for his product and 50 for the western union. He is a TOTAL RIP OFF SCAM ARTIST!!!! I dont know how he manages to stay in business. He should be shut down!

I got onto their chat and after several minutes of back and forth i asked for my money back. The chat tech said they would refer my request to they billing department and i then asked for their phone number. This caused the chat tech to change tactics and tell me that they would send me the tracking number and receipt. I then told him/her that i had already spoke with someone on the phone and never received confirmation of my order and just either admit this was a scam or give my my receipt. The tech ended the session immediately.
Listen, this place is not even in vermont like they claim. My western union transaction had to go to cameroon in africa to a rene teke bise.
I lost $160 but hopefully this lost will save someone else from getting scammed. In the event it does, it will be well worth the money.

This scam is run buy a camel fucker who goes by Quincy Jones, and purports to have a brick and mortar store in Burlington, Vermont, and most likely is not even in the USA.
The scam consists of getting you to pay with Walmart, Amazon or Google Play gift card. Once you send a copy of the card and receipt, you're screwed. You'll never here from this POS again. If you call him, he will tell you that there was a shipping problem, and will be sent sent in 4 to 5 hours. Or, if you want a tracking number and order confirmation, same story, "you will get it in 4 to 5 hours".

Over the phone, I purchased $300 of product and was charged $40 shipping. They would only take Bitcoin, gift card, or Zelle. I paid via Zelle. Waiting for confirmation, Kelvin said he'd call me back. Once he called back, he said he needed another $200 for a special code on the package. I explained I didn't have the money. He reduced the amount to $100.
I explained I didn't have that much either and if I'd have known the cost was so high, I wouldn't have bought anything. He said he'd check on our options and call me back. On this third conversation, Kelvin said he'd pay the $100 for me. The package could be delivered two days later at 2pm.

I sent funds via Zelle and they promised a tracking number and delivery within 48 hours. I never received a tracking number or the product purchased.

The names they use, at least for now, are Tommy Chong and Peter Nganga, phone number 18024480046, this is the address the use but the "STORE" isnt there 126 College St, Burlington, VT 05401. The account names they use to receive money are Michael Giordino and Michael Brooke.They have complaints against them with bbb and ic so hopefully its only a matter of time before these lowlifes are caught and thrown in jail. My advice - do your research
