Greg is in Las Vegas and probably has been for longer than we expect. He made application for a “Retail” Pharmacy and indicated on the application.
He opened up under the following per his Nevada State Board of Pharmacy application:

Las Vegas, NV 89101
702-637-3343
They indicate they are a retail pharmacy and the hours of operation are 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM M-F.
One should note this location is in an industrial park and it could be that the lease prohibits retail, did a drive by and the location does not scream Retail Pharmacy. The sign on the building reads MEDS DIRECT.
What is most glaring is the indicates that “OWNERSHIP IS A NON PUBLICY TRADED CORPORATION” However they list the parent company as Praxyn Corporation which is a traded company.
There is a disclosure that on 1/2/17 the company received cash assets.
The managing pharmacist is Pamela Kalyan of which they disclose on 12/22016 she had Board Administrative Actions Case#16-087-RPH-S
Does this pattern sound familiar. Meds Direct RX same name as on the building RX Lic expired due to non-renewal. MedsDirect continue to operate……
Could it really be that Sundem is no longer working as Praxyn and this is the exit plan? Or is it he is planning on getting in the online business of men’s supplements etc.
A few things are clear here, there is 0 change that this is a transition into the full on medical marijuana business. (Could be but super long shot) There is a tremendous high standards to enter into that business in Nevada with a waiting list around the globe. It is a very specialized and highly financed space of which public money cannot be used for. The operations that are already in place are very good at what they do and the companies picking up the crumbs of the larger Medical marijuana is a level above most.
There is always one car in the lot which is Gregs with his Colorado license and another older truck. Guess what during the business hours of this retail pharmacy, the door was locked but all of the lights where on! Phones don’t answer same thing new address.
In closing for those of you who bought Praxyn based on the $40,0000,000 of business. You should note that the largest part of the business was related to:

After the take down of the scam group, the original owners sprinted from Mesa/Praxyn and doing $40m per annual or per 20 annuals is not going to happen. If it were and I was Greg I would be sharing all kinds of information with my share holders including filing reports, betting business licenses, not let RX license expire etc.
Greg Sundem can stay in the industry, Greg Sundem was and is entitled to sign up to try to turn a company around and address the scorns. However he choses to ignore it like it does not exist. He insists on repeating the same actions of misleading people.
I am done with the mess I will never see my money.
