On January 21, 2005 Sandra and Steven Cuculich filed suit against Scott Devous, Horan, Innovative Medical Group and Michale J. Moreno Medpro Inc in Hillsborough County (FL) Circuit Court. In their complaint, the Cuculichs claim they entered into a leasing agreement (as lessors) with Innovative Medical on June 24, 2004 (as leasees) to finance a Luminens Vasculight Laser. The lease was to be paid in monthly installments of $3, 382.03 over a fifty month period. Both Horan and Devous signed Guaranty of Lease agreements with the Cuculiches. The lease agreement also contained a provision in case of default of by Innovative Medical Group stating Medpro Michael J. Moreno agreed to purchase all of the Cuculiches right, title and interest in the lease agreement and to recover the equipment from Innovative. In December 2004, Innovative failed to make their payment and defaulted on the lease. The Cuculiches claimed damages in the amount of $151, 514.95, the remaining balance owed on the lease, as well as late fees, interest, attorneys fees, costs and any other relief found by the court. The complaint also sought a $76, 500 payment from Medpro Inc Michael J. Moreno as their obligation in the buy back agreement and for Medpro to recover their equipment. The case is listed as Disposed April 28, 2006, however, the actual disposition was not available from the online record.
In an apparent retaliation to the Cuculich suit in Hillsborough County Circuit Court, Devous and his Wyoming LLC, Innovative Medical Group, filed suit against Horan, Williams, Aesthetic Partners LLC and other John Doe businesses in the District Court of Utah (Case No. 2:05-cv-00208) on March 9, 2005. In his complaint, Devous alleges that he began working with Horan in late 2002 leasing against medical equipment purportedly owned by the defendants. To facilitate their business relationship and the transfer of funds, Devous formed a checking account for his company Innovative Medical Group LLC at Zions Bank in Salt Lake City, UT and authorized Horan to sign on the checking account for the specific purpose of facilitating payment of business expenses. Devous alleges that Horan subsequently started an unrelated, albeit similarly named Utah company (Innovative Medical Group) in March 2004 and abused her access to his Wyoming companys bank account to siphon funds to other non-business related ventures controlled by her and Williams. The complaint also seeks relief for a breach of contract claim that Horan and Williams failed to make payments on leases for medical equipment obtained using the Innovative Medical Group name and for fraud and misrepresentation alleging that Horan claimed she owned and possessed specific medical equipment available for lease as collateral for their business dealings that she later claimed to have no memory of ever owning and refused to turn over to Devous. A voluntary dismissal without prejudice motion was filed Innovative Medical Group on June 22, 2005 and the case officially dismissed the following day.

More email's and phone calls than I can count promising to have service sent out and still as of May 2009 there has been no service. Don't trust this company to sell you a warrantied used laser.
I have had business with both of these gentlemen MIKE MORENO and JUSTIN MACINTOSH WILLIAMS who at that time told me his name was John.
I paid $43, 000, to mike for a XEO he advertised and a hydra facial tower. it took 3 years, the hydra facial has never worked for a day and I just stopped talking about it.the different stories before he sent anything ranged from the its has been shipped to the warehouse was flooded and they had to move everything and he is trying to locate the machine.when he finally sent a crate to me, trusting him I shipped the equipment abroad only to open the crate and find a broken laser and no handpiece.when I confronted him he said the handpiece must have been stolen from my end, I told him the crate was opened in my presence, but not knowing anything about them I gave him the benefit of doubt.I paid him another $12, 000 to send me the handpiece.
he still sent a very old handpiece.needless to say that when I tried to install the machine. it didn't work.I paid over $3500 to ship the system back to the US .Till date the unit he gave me functions at below par, but I stopped fighting as you cannot win with those guys.----That was when he introduced me to JOHN OR JUSTIN.his partner and tech. He took $40, 000 from me to sell me a Palomar 300 starlux and a visia unit. needless to say that it took 4 months for him to deliver anything and when I got it and shipped it abroad it was junk.
I brought it back to the US at another cost, he kept promising FEDEX was coming to pick it up. I got tired, I had no known address for him, he stopped picking his calls .I gave up and sent it to a palomar tech who charged me $12, 000 to do the repairs.the visia we have not been able to use for one day .Its not working and when I contacted cane field they wouldnt deal with me as they think the system was stolen.so I am stuck with an empty box.I will not advice anybody not to deal with them but do your research, now Justin is promising to pay me but he doesn't know when.
I was in the construction industry In Park City Utah. I was hired by various Contractors between 2006 and 2010. I I fabricated and in stalled High end copper work on Multi Million dollar homes.
I worked on about 4 homes for Justin Williams. At that time I did not know him or what he did for a living. I did know that he did very well for himself. He had Ferraris, BMWs, Bentlys, Porchse. etc.
The econmy crashed and Justin called me out of the blue to reinstall copper gutters that they had taken down because the bank forclosed on him so he took what he could get and sell it back to the new buyer. He worked out some deal. Not sure of the details.
After that work was done and paid he said he wanted more Copper on his existing house at the time 2010, Of where he was living.
I got curious as what he did for a living and he ended up teaching me as I was also helping him with work on his home. I found him a couple of great subcontractors to install Rock and other things as well on the home.
He asked me to deal with them and he would pay me. It went ok for a while. He had the Rock guys install more stone on the home than we discussed, which ended up at about $45,000 worth of Stone work. I ended paying up to $7500 out of my own pocket to keep him working. The stone guy ended up getting paid about half.
At this time when I started working with him he asked me if I wanted to invest in a laser that would give me a huge return. He also got me to invest in a company he had started called Sphere, That was suppose to give me shares of the company. NOT TRUE! which was a brand new laser line. I put in $15,000 which was only suppose to be for 90 days which would double my money. Long story short I got nothing for over a year until I found out that he had been arrested for the same type of deal with another guy in Utah which he got $50,000 out of him. That gentleman took him to court and won.
I finally got my $15,000 back after pressure from a partner that he was to have with Sphere.
After a year I also found out that the rock and copper he put on his home was not even his Home. Which the Stone guy has never been paid in full.
One of my first laser deals: Dow Medical need a Sciton BBLs Justin said he had one and to get $15,000 for it.
Herbert sent me the money in which I wired to Justins Account Eagle Star. Story after story he never recieved the laser because he never had it. 4 years later Dow almost got paid back. $5000 from me and the rest from Justin.
We bought another laser I picked up the laser and gave them a deposit. which JW wired to me the sell fell through and we ended up sitting on a laser but I had to borrow $5000 from my parents to pay it off because Justin Williams didnt have the funds.
There where alot ot these types of deals.
The one that killed me was a deal that Mike Moreno and JW set up.
They sold a gentleman in Canada a Lumenis XC400 and a Quantum for $54000. Neither one supposedly could not run a credit card so they asked me to run it through my paypal account and I would get paid a commision. He guaranteed me that nothing would go wrong. 6 months later the Client and paypal back charge my account the $54K because they never got the XC which JW claims its still in Customs but never got me proof of that and the Quantum they shipped was junk.
I have all emails from Mike Moreno and JW copied in from Mike SO JUSTIN and MIKE MORENO work together dont let anyone tell you different.
JW said he would get the items and I would be paid back in two weeks. 2 and half years later not a dime! but he says he cares about me and Im like a brother.
Now he just wants to settle but never makes the effort except about $500 a week if Im lucky. Which is interest to me.
I have ran many credit cards for him which items never got shipped and ended up back charging my account not my merchant services is screwed and I can no longer run credit cards.
I bought a Sciton which I asked JW if it was a good one he said by it. So I did. It got damaged in shipping which can happen and did. I asked a friend who he recommended to fix it. He told me Keith Stechow.
I got in contact with Keith and he told me where to ship it. I asked him to give me a price to repair which I never did. Justin said he would help because he wanted too. Once JW got involved which he said he put $11,000 into the laser to get repaired. Keith says he never repaired it and sent JW all parts that where worth anything. All I have in my hands is A BBL hand piece. Keith says he has a bent shell and Justin Williams has all the parts.

I got a laser hair removal machine , January 2012 so basically 1.5 year ago and wired $40,000 at once from Toronto. They shipped the machine for me and after recieving it it was unusable. The machine was not even working properly. So according to the contract we signed we could return the laser 3 days after recieving so we did and ask for the money back. At first they said it's ok if you don't want the machine anymore we will send your money back and that was the last time we could talk about it. After that day I called many times and even texted them and asked about my money and they only said I need to wait because they don't have money at that time. I kept on calling for almost a year and then I found they're not going to give my money back so I took lawyer and ask him to be in touch with this company. My lawyer was successful to get back $12,500 from MedPro but they still owe me $27,500. I spend a lot of money on lawyer and a lot of time but I wasn't able to get my whole money back still. I don't think they'll give the rest so now I am looking for other victims since I know I'm not the only one to sign a petition against them in NJ and also Texas! at the same time my lawyer will also put them under pressure! I don't want others to lose their money to this scammers so PEOPLE! STAY away from this company!!DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people! You will only lose your money for some useless garbage !
Mike Moreno or Michael Moreno is a hot tempered snaky crook! I bought a laser that was supposed to have very low usage, it was delivered with well over a million pulses. He does not respond to my calls or to my emails. He promises the world and in my opinion a complete crook salesman and reading above he is connected with Justin Williams and Brooke Williams again who are involved in many civil lawsuits and recent bankruptcy filings in the state of Utah.

In May 2014 I wired $53,000 to Mike Moreno at Medpro, Inc for a 2013 Alma Harmony. Well what I received was a broken damaged 2012 Alma Harmony! The laser I received was not the correct year or serial number of the laser that was listed on the contract that I signed. Not to mention it was in horrible shape and not working!!!!
Then Mike Moreno had Justin Williams contact me and replaced the 2012 Alma Harmony with a 2012 Syneron but yet again hand pieces were missing!

On January 21, 2005 Sandra and Steven Cuculich filed suit against Scott Devous, Horan, Innovative Medical Group and Michale J. Moreno Medpro Inc in Hillsborough County (FL) Circuit Court. In their complaint, the Cuculichs claim they entered into a leasing agreement (as lessors) with Innovative Medical on June 24, 2004 (as leasees) to finance a Luminens Vasculight Laser. The lease was to be paid in monthly installments of $3, 382.03 over a fifty month period. Both Horan and Devous signed Guaranty of Lease agreements with the Cuculiches. The lease agreement also contained a provision in case of default of by Innovative Medical Group stating Medpro Michael J. Moreno agreed to purchase all of the Cuculiches right, title and interest in the lease agreement and to recover the equipment from Innovative. In December 2004, Innovative failed to make their payment and defaulted on the lease. The Cuculiches claimed damages in the amount of $151, 514.95, the remaining balance owed on the lease, as well as late fees, interest, attorneys fees, costs and any other relief found by the court. The complaint also sought a $76, 500 payment from Medpro Inc Michael J. Moreno as their obligation in the buy back agreement and for Medpro to recover their equipment. The case is listed as Disposed April 28, 2006, however, the actual disposition was not available from the online record.
In an apparent retaliation to the Cuculich suit in Hillsborough County Circuit Court, Devous and his Wyoming LLC, Innovative Medical Group, filed suit against Horan, Williams, Aesthetic Partners LLC and other John Doe businesses in the District Court of Utah (Case No. 2:05-cv-00208) on March 9, 2005. In his complaint, Devous alleges that he began working with Horan in late 2002 leasing against medical equipment purportedly owned by the defendants. To facilitate their business relationship and the transfer of funds, Devous formed a checking account for his company Innovative Medical Group LLC at Zions Bank in Salt Lake City, UT and authorized Horan to sign on the checking account for the specific purpose of facilitating payment of business expenses. Devous alleges that Horan subsequently started an unrelated, albeit similarly named Utah company (Innovative Medical Group) in March 2004 and abused her access to his Wyoming companys bank account to siphon funds to other non-business related ventures controlled by her and Williams. The complaint also seeks relief for a breach of contract claim that Horan and Williams failed to make payments on leases for medical equipment obtained using the Innovative Medical Group name and for fraud and misrepresentation alleging that Horan claimed she owned and possessed specific medical equipment available for lease as collateral for their business dealings that she later claimed to have no memory of ever owning and refused to turn over to Devous. A voluntary dismissal without prejudice motion was filed Innovative Medical Group on June 22, 2005 and the case officially dismissed the following day.

Sept 2007 we purchased a very expensive cosmetic laser system. It arrived incomplete. We were promised that the laser would be repaired and upgraded to the level that was paid for. More email's and phone calls than I can count promising to have service sent out and still as of May 2009 there has been no service. Don't trust this company to sell you a warrantied used laser.
I have had business with both of these gentlemen MIKE MORENO and JUSTIN MACINTOSH WILLIAMS who at that time told me his name was John.
I paid $43, 000, to mike for a XEO he advertised and a hydra facial tower. it took 3 years, the hydra facial has never worked for a day and I just stopped talking about it.the different stories before he sent anything ranged from the its has been shipped to the warehouse was flooded and they had to move everything and he is trying to locate the machine.when he finally sent a crate to me, trusting him I shipped the equipment abroad only to open the crate and find a broken laser and no handpiece.when I confronted him he said the handpiece must have been stolen from my end, I told him the crate was opened in my presence, but not knowing anything about them I gave him the benefit of doubt.I paid him another $12, 000 to send me the handpiece.
he still sent a very old handpiece.needless to say that when I tried to install the machine. it didn't work.I paid over $3500 to ship the system back to the US .Till date the unit he gave me functions at below par, but I stopped fighting as you cannot win with those guys.----That was when he introduced me to JOHN OR JUSTIN.his partner and tech. He took $40, 000 from me to sell me a Palomar 300 starlux and a visia unit. needless to say that it took 4 months for him to deliver anything and when I got it and shipped it abroad it was junk.
I brought it back to the US at another cost, he kept promising FEDEX was coming to pick it up. I got tired, I had no known address for him, he stopped picking his calls .I gave up and sent it to a palomar tech who charged me $12, 000 to do the repairs.the visia we have not been able to use for one day .Its not working and when I contacted cane field they wouldnt deal with me as they think the system was stolen.so I am stuck with an empty box.I will not advice anybody not to deal with them but do your research, now Justin is promising to pay me but he doesn't know when.
The Truth about Justin Williams
I was in the construction industry In Park City Utah. I was hired by various Contractors between 2006 and 2010. I I fabricated and in stalled High end copper work on Multi Million dollar homes.
I worked on about 4 homes for Justin Williams. At that time I did not know him or what he did for a living. I did know that he did very well for himself. He had Ferraris, BMWs, Bentlys, Porchse. etc.
The econmy crashed and Justin called me out of the blue to reinstall copper gutters that they had taken down because the bank forclosed on him so he took what he could get and sell it back to the new buyer. He worked out some deal. Not sure of the details.
After that work was done and paid he said he wanted more Copper on his existing house at the time 2010, Of where he was living.
I got curious as what he did for a living and he ended up teaching me as I was also helping him with work on his home. I found him a couple of great subcontractors to install Rock and other things as well on the home.
He asked me to deal with them and he would pay me. It went ok for a while. He had the Rock guys install more stone on the home than we discussed, which ended up at about $45,000 worth of Stone work. I ended paying up to $7500 out of my own pocket to keep him working. The stone guy ended up getting paid about half.
At this time when I started working with him he asked me if I wanted to invest in a laser that would give me a huge return. He also got me to invest in a company he had started called Sphere, That was suppose to give me shares of the company. NOT TRUE! which was a brand new laser line. I put in $15,000 which was only suppose to be for 90 days which would double my money. Long story short I got nothing for over a year until I found out that he had been arrested for the same type of deal with another guy in Utah which he got $50,000 out of him. That gentleman took him to court and won.
I finally got my $15,000 back after pressure from a partner that he was to have with Sphere.
After a year I also found out that the rock and copper he put on his home was not even his Home. Which the Stone guy has never been paid in full.
One of my first laser deals: Dow Medical need a Sciton BBLs Justin said he had one and to get $15,000 for it.
Herbert sent me the money in which I wired to Justins Account Eagle Star. Story after story he never recieved the laser because he never had it. 4 years later Dow almost got paid back. $5000 from me and the rest from Justin.
We bought another laser I picked up the laser and gave them a deposit. which JW wired to me the sell fell through and we ended up sitting on a laser but I had to borrow $5000 from my parents to pay it off because Justin Williams didnt have the funds.
There where alot ot these types of deals.
The one that killed me was a deal that Mike Moreno and JW set up.
They sold a gentleman in Canada a Lumenis XC400 and a Quantum for $54000. Neither one supposedly could not run a credit card so they asked me to run it through my paypal account and I would get paid a commision. He guaranteed me that nothing would go wrong. 6 months later the Client and paypal back charge my account the $54K because they never got the XC which JW claims its still in Customs but never got me proof of that and the Quantum they shipped was junk.
I have all emails from Mike Moreno and JW copied in from Mike SO JUSTIN and MIKE MORENO work together dont let anyone tell you different.
JW said he would get the items and I would be paid back in two weeks. 2 and half years later not a dime! but he says he cares about me and Im like a brother.
Now he just wants to settle but never makes the effort except about $500 a week if Im lucky. Which is interest to me.
I have ran many credit cards for him which items never got shipped and ended up back charging my account not my merchant services is screwed and I can no longer run credit cards.
I bought a Sciton which I asked JW if it was a good one he said by it. So I did. It got damaged in shipping which can happen and did. I asked a friend who he recommended to fix it. He told me Keith Stechow.
I got in contact with Keith and he told me where to ship it. I asked him to give me a price to repair which I never did. Justin said he would help because he wanted too. Once JW got involved which he said he put $11,000 into the laser to get repaired. Keith says he never repaired it and sent JW all parts that where worth anything. All I have in my hands is A BBL hand piece. Keith says he has a bent shell and Justin Williams has all the parts.

In my opion stay away from Keith Stechow as well. I am out $20,000 on this deal since they are all liers and crooks

I got a laser hair removal machine , January 2012 so basically 1.5 year ago and wired $40,000 at once from Toronto. They shipped the machine for me and after recieving it it was unusable. The machine was not even working properly. So according to the contract we signed we could return the laser 3 days after recieving so we did and ask for the money back. At first they said it's ok if you don't want the machine anymore we will send your money back and that was the last time we could talk about it. After that day I called many times and even texted them and asked about my money and they only said I need to wait because they don't have money at that time. I kept on calling for almost a year and then I found they're not going to give my money back so I took lawyer and ask him to be in touch with this company. My lawyer was successful to get back $12,500 from MedPro but they still owe me $27,500. I spend a lot of money on lawyer and a lot of time but I wasn't able to get my whole money back still. I don't think they'll give the rest so now I am looking for other victims since I know I'm not the only one to sign a petition against them in NJ and also Texas! at the same time my lawyer will also put them under pressure! I don't want others to lose their money to this scammers so PEOPLE! STAY away from this company!!DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these people! You will only lose your money for some useless garbage !
Mike Moreno or Michael Moreno is a hot tempered snaky crook! I bought a laser that was supposed to have very low usage, it was delivered with well over a million pulses. He does not respond to my calls or to my emails. In May 2014 I wired $53,000 to Mike Moreno at Medpro, Inc for a 2013 Alma Harmony. Well what I received was a broken damaged 2012 Alma Harmony! The laser I received was not the correct year or serial number of the laser that was listed on the contract that I signed. Not to mention it was in horrible shape and not working!!!!
Then Mike Moreno had Justin Williams contact me and replaced the 2012 Alma Harmony with a 2012 Syneron but yet again hand pieces were missing!

Sept 2007 we purchased a very expensive cosmetic laser system. It arrived incomplete. We were promised that the laser would be repaired and upgraded to the level that was paid for. More email's and phone calls than I can count promising to have service sent out and still as of May 2009 there has been no service. Don't trust this company to sell you a warrantied used laser.
I have a Local Delivery Service in Austin Texas and i operate from home to make a living ,this people have called me for transporting some medical/laser equipment several times for first couple time they paid me in time ,and now each time they keep delaying to pay from couple of weeks to several months now ,their account has several thousands unpaid invoices ,i have been trying to talk to Justin Williams or his wife Brook Horan and have called them for months and no respond yet , please do some research about this scammer Couple before doing any kind of Business with them ,they have 2 decade history of ripping off people and court cases on them , please let me know if any one is taking this scammers to the court so i can join, you can email me to ( [email protected] ) , i like to hear from and join anybody out there that has been scammed by this b******* ,Thx
