On November 4, 2017 at the Home Show in San Jose, CA a salesman claimed that the Medicpad Ultramax was a TENS and EMS device. At their website, medicpad usa . com/ it states it is only a TENS device and didn't mention anything about EMS. They refused to refund my monies on November 5.
They totally misrepresented their product to make a sale!
I recently purchased a nanomax unit at the cincinnati flying pig expo on may 4th, used the unit twice and the equipment does not hold a charge that will last a 20 min session... Contacted the support both from leafmassager and medicpadusa none of which has responded.
I bought a nanomax portable shock therpy device at a trade show in Ft Lauderdale. When I got home I tried to charge the device and it would not charge.
I emailed the company and they did not respond. I went to their web site and tried to register the warrenty. The site would not accept my warrenty information. I called the phone number 713-474-794 and reached an answer machine saying the message box was full. It was the same type of message you would get from a cell phone.
It sounds like this whole company is a scam that runs out of a cell phone and a dummy web site.
