Onrevenue has caused massive finiancial loss to my urgent care clinics. Salem Khan began the business relationship by claiming they could fix my clinics online reputation and increase my patients. He also told me his applications and software were HIPAA compliant and that my websites contact form was not HIPAAcompliant and that I could be fined. I was charged $799 with 3 months upfront for 5 clinics. Mr. Khan told me that I needed to do Pay per click advertising on google for his applications to work. So we set a $5000 a week budget for a 6 month period, Mr. Khan also claimed that he would not charge us for the ppc or ad words campaigns. Mr. Khan told me that our website was poorly made and that he would create unique websites with unique content for each of the 5 clinics. After 4 months and billing me again for a additional $3995, Onrevenue launched our first clinics website, it had incorrect phone numbers, fax etc.
It had services listed that we did not provide. It was a mess! I personally, as well as my office manager and marketing director sent Salem Khan and Brian Steen multiple emails about the issue with the site. Month 5 and we now have 3 websites live, still with multiple errors, spelling, services, numbers, etc... and I receive another bill for $3995 plus a bill in the amount of $2487.00 for ppc management. At this point I am Irate! We have no results, no positive reviews, no increase in patients, no EMR integration, only 3 sites live with multiple errors, zero results! I called onrevenue and went to a voicemail where I left a message stating that we were cancelling our service. I also sent an email to billing-Brian Steen, Marci Diaz and Salem Khan stating we were cancelling service. The next day all 3 websites were taken offline and our original site was still placed on park. So we had absolutely no online presence. Myself as well as my staff contacted onrevenue multiple times asking them to take our original site off of park.
To this day our original site is on park as all the passwords for the wordpress site it was created on were changed by an IT staff working for onrevenue out of Karachi, Pakistan! Onrevenues response to our website issue was that we needed to pay the balance on our subscription in order for them to provide the passwords.I do not appreciate being blackmailed! We have a new site up now from another company and our very happy with the results. Be careful when choosing an online company to help your medical practice. Do some research online before you sign any agreements which are actually contracts. My advice to my fellow Doctors is keep far away from Onrevenue and any company with an IT team based outside of the USA in 3rd world countries!
