Disabled and legally blind from a stroke three years ago. I was referred a year ago to McKinney Medical Center, a Federal program that may be able to help me with my medications. After reporting one of their employees for not doing her job and for taking my money and NOT delivering my much needed diabetic and related medications, I have now been blacklisted by the entire facility. I wasnt allowed to see my doctor or my doctors nurse today to simply have a form signed or call in a new script to a pharmacy. Another lady, a Linda Sellers, refused to come from her office and see me after promises of over a week to return my calls. Previously, a Sherry Smiley had blacklisted me, refused to return my calls or take my calls ( even had my elderly father/ I cant drive Im blind/ drive me its a 45 minute trip one way but she refused to come out and see me) and when I posed as someone else on the phone and got through, she thought it was funny and laughed. She said that I WILL go back through the employee that I reported. I can also PROVE they have given some of the medicines Ive PAID for to another patient, then made me go to their pharmacy and pay AGAIN just to get what I need. I can provide all cancelled checks, call logs, witnesses, recorded phone conversations and now video Ive taken twice of the discrimination and abuse. I have consulted with an attorney today and will retain him on Monday to pursure actions against this facility. I have also reached out to a US Senator who has advised me this facility is on the chopping block anyway for funding and its inappropriately ran. I have someone making contact today with three of McKinney Medical Center's Board Members on my behalf. If anyone else is having such an issue, please reach out to me. I only wanted my medication. Not drama or problrem ( Its NOT pain meds/ it simply diabetic, blood pressure meds etc.) Thank you
