Feb 7 2018 I received a second unit from Medical Alert. The first unit would break. I couldn't talk them from the unit around my neck. I had an emergency and They were talking thru the battery pack and I was In the other room not able to get up. If I did not have my cell phone on me tough luck.
The new unit had to be charged 6 hours a day. I have many medical problems when trying to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and in the morning. I cannot charge the unit while I sleep. So I am awake and moving around because the unit has to be charged 6 hours a day. Medical Alert sent me an email for over $900 due to them. I had returned the other unit FedX soon after I recieved the new unit.

The person on the phone told me I was already paid up for the year. She said the sales person didn't sell me the correct unit. This company does not care about anyone except them selves. I just received a new unit by Security one Systems. About ever 5 days the unit needs to be charged for 2 hours.
Every time I called Med Alert they were saying I was all paid up. Then the next person would say I owned $120 for the fall protection. Now they have turned me into collections and I can't get thru on the phone. I used A friends number to give them the tracking number from Fed X so they would know that I sent the unit back.
I want all my money that I paid them for their services and more.
