I just checked my bank account today and realized that my account has been charging $39.99 monthly since 12/18/2017. I really don't know what is this? When I called my back and I was told it is Mediagemm.com Motreal QC. I was totally charge $559.86 for things/service I never knew and used at all. When I called the company, they said it is out of refund policy and only refund they can offer is $239.94.
I don't have clue how my account created on their web page, but for something I never used, I feel I should be refund all the charges.

On June 19,2017, Mediagemm.com Illegally deducted $39.99 out of my checking account using my debit card number. I gave no authorization, nor did anyone use my card. Someone from this company simply hacked my card number and used it.
I called as soon as the money showed up on my bank statement, (June 22, 2017), and talked to a person who idenified himself as "Pach, ID# 2141, who said he would credit my money back to my bank within 7-10 days, giving me a confirmation number of: E134-4FBB, and said that I would receive an e-mail verifying the transaction. This was done over the telephone.
I received no e-mail. He seemed concerned that I was going to file a report as he mentioned it more than once. I told him that I would not if I received my money back and the confirmation. So far...nothing. If necessary, I will follow through with legal action, both civil and criminal, as withdrawing monies from a bank illegally is a felony. This report is to document the actions of this company, and to warn all others of their deceptive practice of hacking.
There is a question at the bottom that asked if I used a credit card for this transaction. I never used anything, but my credit card was used to illegally withdraw my money from my checking account.
I was going over my bank statement when I noticed these withdraws, being $39.00, $. 36 date of withdraw 4/11/17 plus $2.99 and $.03 on 4/5/17. This is the moneythat they owe me I am a senior the money is badly needed in our family!!!

We think that a transaction to a company called "Precious" using his debit card caused the problem as the payments started after making this genuine transaction.
This company has robbed me of 39.99 dollars from my bank account which was unauthorized. I'm not a member of their site and never was. It's is highway robbery.

Monthly Fraud
MediaGemm has been charging my debit card $39.99 per month for the past 8 months. Just noticed this today.
I called them and they say that they cancelled my account. Will be going to my bank to file a complaint against them.
I never heard of them. Never signed up for any account, free trial, or other. I've never bought an E-book from anywhere, ever.
I've never even looked into getting E-books. (They are an E-book seller).
