Signed up for the free trial, following month I had four 93.00 charges on my Citibank card . Disputed the charges and contacted the vendor, also changed my card number told Citibank do not let them have the new number. The vendor agreed to a 93.00 charge and would credit my account for the rest . Next month two more 93.00 charges on the new card number. This scam called Med Pure ended up costing me almost 400.00 with essentially no support from Citibank and continued allowed charges to be made on my card from Med Pure. I never agreed to their terms or clicked that page as they said I did. Hard to believe this kind of scam is allowed or supported by a card company. Also the two bottles i received were nothing but mineral oil.
I ordered a free bottle of Med Pure Cannabinol Isolate for 4.99 to cover shipping. Today, my account was charged 93.61. I never saw any information about it being a free trial and to cancel within 14-days. I stay away from those type of sites. When I call them, they try and give me some discounted rate. I wanted my money put back on my card. When the so-called 14-days was up, no money was on my debit card and they waited until some funds were available. I spoke with a supervisor and asked for a number to their headquarters. The number is no good and as far as I can tell, neither is the address. They do not even have a website. I feel my money was taken off my card without authorization. I cannot even find the site or page where the order was made. I type in Med Pure, but some other name pops up and I truly believe this is a scam!
I got an offer to try the CBD oil thru "Med Pure" also has another site called "My Wonderful Health Now" ...paid $4.95 for a trial offer and that's all it was suppose to be, got the product about a few days later, it did nothing for me...then yesterday noticed a charge on my bank account for $93.61 from the same company, I called them and they said I was suppose to contact them within 14 days of purchase to cancel the membership, told her that was not on the option of the site that I ordered it which was securecbdhealth.com ....at the end of the billing I told her there was nothing said about that from the site I ordered it from. She told me to go to the other site mywonderfulhealthnow.com .... so I did and sure enough that was a different site but yet from the same company and it showed a red box that you click on to agree to contact them within 14 days of purchase if you want to cancel the membership. Told her I wanted my money back or I was contacting the BBB and she said she couldn't refund all my money but would give me 75% back! ...I told her after going round and round with her that I was going to file a report on them because obviously they are scamming people!! I would suggest to any of you that you cancel your credit card if you have purchased thru them to get them to stop charging your cards...I would like to be contacted from someone here on this site as to what I can do from here on to get the rest of my money please...thanks!
