I am Marlon and I recieved an email from [email protected] and it was a website belonging to the Law Firm Emalfarb, Swan & Bain in Highland Park, IL. They claimed to be a national firm with offices in all 50 states, Canada & Mexico. I spoke to Thomas Emalfarb & Hal Emalfarb. They had a lady send me a claim form. I filled it out and they assured me they would file the Lien I needed in Texas. After initial payment was sent I never heard back from them. When I would call the office I would just get a voicemail for the attorney. Then I was told the attorney was in Israel. Long story short they missed my Lien Deadline and never got back to me.
