I have been through First P.R.O's, Performing Rights Organizations, then Distributors such as TuneCore, CDBaby, LANDR, Novecore, Songcast, then to Promising* MusicReports....ALL* FAILED ME, I am Burned in All Of them..!!! Possible Reasons are: First I am in Turkey, and I am a DIY, Do It Yourself...Everythings' are Done By Me..The Music, Vocals, Applying to These vendors. Then in My Search, I Found MLC, TheMLC, Mechanical License Collective Group...They were first Giving DSP's Monthly Payments..mine is as You Guess 0.02 cents or something, Then They turned out to Give Only The 'Blanket License' Monies. A Blanket License is the Money, when a Vendor or DSP, such as Apple, Amazon Music, Spotify or Youtube, makes a 'massive License' Agreement with You*. These are 'Agreements'..
First I as didn't Know the secret* passages, Waited for 3-4 Months for Royalties of DSPs..None was made. Then I called These 'Friendly Guys' and Learned there were Matching Tools for Getting the 'Blanket License' Money. On April 3-4 on May 5-6 and June 10, of the Songs that I found in Matching Tool were 'Matched'..
There is a 75 Days Period for them to Accomplaish the Songs...Waited 75 Days...and Called them on the Day. And again 25 cents was on Track.
Man!!! I am a Code-Writer and I personally OWN the HAARP Technology. I can Turn Whole U.S.A to Atlantis in Hours!! But.............these Guys insisted a WHOLE Year NOT PAYING what is Owned as BLANKET LICENSE Money..!!!?

They are Claiming They are Giving Royalty Payments, and indeed 'Blanket License' Monies to Songwriters, Artists and Bands. I have Registered, Uploaded some of My Favoruite Songs to Their Data Base, and Waited*...!!!
After, 4-5 Months I Got (as usual) 0.003 Dollars From These Guys as Royalty...I wanted to Call Them and Give a Chance***
On Phone...a Friendly* really Friendly btw, Represantative, Told Me The Procedure Like Using Tools on Page and Registering Songs for Blanket License Release...and so on..
I Made what is Told..btw, a Blanket License is a Massive License. They- Spotify, Youtube, Apple Music..etc Don't Do That If They can Not GetIn Another 30 to 100Million Dollars. Meaning That a Blanket License of One Song can Fetch up to 4 Billion Dollars and So On..
