Meagan Dinari and Cameron Kazimierczak both Wyndham Destinations Timeshare Felons promised my client that she was not paying anything for the points she was coerced to purchase.
Meagan Elizabeth Dinari also promised to rent her points for her so she did not have a bill anymore.
After doing preliminary discovery for this case our legal team found both Meagan Dinari and Cameron Kazimierczak have criminal records in several states: New Jersey, Nevada, Pennsylvania and South Carolina. And an outstanding warrant for arrest for Cameron Kazimierczak in Las Vegas Nevada.
If Wyndham does not release said client from this fraudulent contract we will be pursuing direct legal remedy (lawsuits) against Meagan Dinari and Cameron Kazimierszak for the amount of $108,000.
She sold both me and my husband on no maintenance fees for life if we bought the package. Now we’re in debt $21,000 and still paying 100% of our fees. Meagan Dinari lied to us. She has never once returned our calls. We feel scammed.

I’m 79 years old on a fixed income. Now I can’t afford to eat or pay my bills. The collection calls keep coming in. I knew something felt off. I should not have let her deep raspy voice convince me that I would not have a bill. Now I’m stuck with Wyndham.
