I feel defraud, betrayed and down right pissed off-- I'm 65 years old disabled and a widow. The bible teaches you to respect and honor your elders -not hijacked them.
Purchases made were 3 items: 1) ALC Home Security return thru FEDEX, they refuse to credit me. I could not use it, my home is over 20 plus years, MASTER Electrician wiring old and bad. Contacted MDG, asked for a return mailing label. Requested photos did so, email me refuse return..
(3) Sofa & Loveseat that was delivered by CEVA, I did not know the love seat was damaged until I removed it from the box, contacted MDG email waited for a response. Response 30 days past due no deal. Delivery Service is CEVA contact them @ 713-547-4340, took two weeks to deliver the furniture from MDG -- ? . LIED TO ME - RIPPED ME OFF with telling me this and that- trasferring me to this person and to another one. No real HELP.
We recieved items that were refurbished not new and we had problems with these devices right away. I reached out and they sent another defective item. We were told then after complaining we were past the point of warranty and would have to go thru the Laptop's brand warrantly to get it fixed. Their warrantly required us to be responsible for the postage price and after not even got the laptop to work consistently since we got it we decided we didn't want the product. We were then told we couldn't return anything? We stop paying for these broken items. Waste of money!
You can always return a defective product. I wish these guys would take me to court. I can afford an attorney!
