In 2011, Cohen, McNeile & Pappas secured a judgment for Discover Bank against me; the Legal Aid attorney did not do a good job. They garnished my bank account - no food for a week. I met Missouri's low income requirements for exemption but no one asked. I have not heard from them since Spring of 2011. Learned recently they have been contacting a third party regarding the amount due on the judgment. They have a location in Kansas and a location in Missouri. Mr. McNeile's Missouri license is inactive.
